- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Local Pickup
- Local pickup may be available for customers in the area. Please message me before placing your order to arrange pickup.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once a package has been shipped, Hooked by Hayden is not responsible for carrier delays.
- If your package is lost, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
